The concept of commonworker was brought to life by Ryan & Meghan McGrogan, two local young professionals with deep roots and a deep love for Utica. With an addiction to home renovation, a desire to add value to our amazing community, and the dream to run a small business together, commonworker seemed like a no-brainer.

Each tenant has their own physical office space, while sharing a reservable meeting room, cozy kitchen, and common area for when you need to bounce an idea off someone. Need to take a minute for some mediation, do some quick exercises or hop on the Peloton? We have a wellness room for that, too.
